Strictly no refunds for subscription plans. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will not be refunded for any remaining time on a subscription term if you cancel mid-period.
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our services. However, due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided.

Send us a message with a valid reason & proof (screenshots, logs, etc.) within 14 days of the incident to request a refund. We review these on a case-by-case basis.
